Glenn is developing a strong practice in fraud, asset recovery and investigations, complex commercial and cross-border disputes, restructuring and insolvency, as well as international arbitration and mediation. He accepts instructions across these areas.
Glenn has been instructed in a series of significant matters before the Singapore courts, including (as part of a team) ByBit Fintech Ltd v Ho Kai Xin and others [2023] SGHC 199 — a landmark decision that, for the first time, recognised cryptocurrency as property under Singapore law. In Ng Chee Tian and another v Ng Chee Pong and others [2024] SGHC 226, the High Court commended Glenn’s oral submissions as “careful, nuanced and thoughtful, with one eye to what the law is or should be.” The Court also noted that it had “derived much assistance in understanding an undeniably complex area of the law from the arguments that have been canvassed at length.”
