Jessica Wong Yi Sing

Jessica is a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution team, focusing on complex commercial disputes across a broad spectrum of industries.

She advises clients on fraud and asset recovery, insolvency and restructuring, arbitration, and cross-border work. She is actively involved in managing multi-jurisdictional disputes and high-value commercial litigation.

Over the years, Jessica has represented clients in a wide range of contentious matters including construction disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, land and property matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and debt recovery. She has acted as co-counsel in several reported cases before the Malaysian courts, particularly those involving statutory interpretation, trust, and jurisdictional issues in arbitration.

Jessica read law at Cardiff University, United Kingdom, where she obtained her LL.B. (Hons) in 2019. She completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2020.

Jessica is fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
