Saradha is an Associate in the dispute resolution team, with experience in a broad range of disputes spanning construction and engineering disputes, insolvency and winding-up proceedings, competition law litigation, fraud and asset recovery, commercial litigation and corporate disputes.
Saradha began her legal career at a well-known boutique litigation firm, where she trained and practised in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
She has strong advocacy support skills, extensive exposure to appellate and trial preparation work and practical experience in handling contentious proceedings across all levels of court in Malaysia, from tribunals to the Federal Court.
Her practice also focuses on construction disputes and insolvency-related matters, including adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012, enforcement and setting-aside applications and winding-up proceedings. She has also independently conducted post-winding-up and uncontested winding-up hearings.
Saradha graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) (Second Class Upper) from the University of Malaya. During her time at university, she was actively involved in competitive mooting, representing the faculty in various local and international moot competitions. At present, Saradha continues to actively coach university moot teams in international competitions.
Saradha is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil.
