This marks the arrival of PPG’s dual-lounge offering in Thailand, establishing a flagship presence in Southeast Asia.
PDLegal advised PPG in connection with the review of concession, lease and operational arrangements relating to its CIP lounge and airport hospitality operations at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The engagement involved advising on a suite of agreements entered into with Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd. (AOT), including the AOT Permission to Operate CIP Lounge Services Agreement, AOT Site Lease Agreement and AOT Permission to Utilize Space for Construction documentation.
