We are pleased to announce that our Group Managing Partner, Peter Doraisamy, has been registered as Counsel to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
The DIFC Courts play a pivotal role in providing an independent, English-language common law judicial system for the resolution of commercial and civil disputes in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region.
Peter’s appointment, alongside other recent appointments, reflects his extensive experience in international arbitration and complex commercial matters, as well as his continued contribution to the development of dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions.
