Wisara specialises in corporate and commercial practice. With nearly a decade of experience advising clients across a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, she brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, financial regulatory compliance, and general corporate law, serving both domestic and international clients in a wide range of industries.
Wisara’s extensive capital markets work includes advising on initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements, and other securities offerings, where she supports clients through the full lifecycle of listing from due diligence and regulatory submissions to prospectus preparation and post-listing compliance. Her M&A and transactional practice covers both public and private transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and group restructurings.
Wisara holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law with merit from King’s College London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Law from Chulalongkorn University.
She is fluent in both Thai and English, with a strong international perspective that enhances her ability to serve clients in cross-border contexts.

- Advised a window frame manufacturer as the issuer’s legal counsel on its IPO at the total offering price of THB 512.82 million.
- Advised a leading Thai manufacturer of scientifically standardised herbal extracts as the issuer’s legal counsel on its IPO at the total offering price of THB 441 million.
- Represented EV Primus Company Limited on its strategic joint venture with Wuling EV, a globally recognised electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, to establish a fully integrated EV production and distribution platform in Thailand. The transaction represents a cornerstone investment underpinning Wuling’s direct entry into the Thai market and its broader Southeast Asian expansion strategy.
- Acted for a leading airport and mass travel technology services provider in Thailand, on a strategically significant share restructuring and joint venture reorganization.
- Advised a digital technology consulting company in respect of a series of acquisitions in Thailand (collectively valued at approx. THB 1.8 billion), including THB 1.4 billion acquisition of 100% shares in a cyber security company; the THB 22 million acquisition of 20% shares in a media and tech news outlet; the THB 15 million acquisition of 51% shares in a branding consultant firm; and the THB 6.5 million acquisition of 70% shares in a cyber security service provider.
- Advised Thai President Foods Public Company Limited in respect of its voluntary tender offer for the entire securities of President Bakery Public Company Limited.
- Advised CS LoxInfo Public Company Limited in respect of its delisting of shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
